Overcoming Hopelessness
George Jowi was one of seven children living in a small home in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition to sharing this home with his mother, there were also a dozen cousins who shared the same space for shelter. That's right--a total of 17 children under the same roof! The father eventually abandoned the family altogether--leaving the total responsibility with George's mother. Join us this week on Renewal for this unfortunate...but remarkable story.
