What would cause two young women who enjoyed all the comforts of life to go to Afghanistan to help the poor--to live among these people and to share the redeeming message of Jesus Christ? You'll hear how these two young women touched the lives of some of the world's most forgotten people and then were captured by the Taliban and spent time in an Afghan prison. All this week on RENEWAL our host and teacher, Dr. Gene Getz will be talking with Heather Mercer and Dayna Curry as they share their incredible story of God's grace and love in the midst of a difficult situation.
