Are you aware that statistics show that 25 percent of all human conceptions do not complete the 20th week of pregnancy? One in four pregnancies end in miscarriage. These numbers are really staggering. Why then are we made to feel that losses through miscarriage, stillbirth and early infant death are relatively uncommon happenings that only a few people experience?
